Delivery Guarantee

With customer satisfaction being our topmost priority, we always try to deliver your order on time. We will notify you via. email as soon as the order is shipped - with the approximate date of arrival. Suppose if the delivery gets delayed -crosses the approximate date of arrival - please contact us by email or call our customer care support to know about the status of the delivery.

 

Order placement

On the placement of an order, LeatherFads will send an acknowledging receipt in the form of a detailed invoice. Following this, a confirmation of finalized dress measurements from your side within two business days will help us to dispatch the order from our end. This will be in the form of a notice informing you that your order has been shipped, and that you can expect the delivery within 2 to 3 weeks.


Suppose if you don’t receive an acknowledging receipt then the probable reason behind it must be that your order was not registered into our system, hence it cannot be processed and shipped.

 

How shipments are made?

LeatherFads ships all its parcels using well-known and reliable companies such as DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS. Express shipment facility gives the feasibility to trace and track the status of the product. Simply put, express shipment offers courier tracking number to track the package after the parcel is shipped. Above all, you can reap the benefits of best products with least worry about the arrival of the product.


Additionally, in a situation where you are not able to collect the shipment on the tentative date of arrival due to some reason, you can leave a note on the door mentioning the name and address of your neighbor who can collect the package on your behalf. Furthermore, if nobody – you or your neighbor - is not present to collect the package then express courier will leave a note with shipment number and a contact number so you contact them and arrange for the delivery. Also, it is to be noted that we do not make delivery at post office box.

 

Shipment Queries

In case of any queries regarding your shipment; especially delay of the product; you can email us at shipment@leatherfads.com with other details, such as phone number and the courier tracking number.


In case of queries regarding delay, we provide you with courier's tracking number provided by the courier company with directions to use it, so that you can have an idea about the status of their shipment.


Similarly to inform about the lost shipment after consulting the courier company, you can email us at shipment@Leatherfads.com, including your phone number and the courier tracking number. Following this, LeatherFads will find out the status of the shipment and contact you, or reship the order again with no additional charges; or else refund your total purchase cost.

 

Refunds

In an event of a valid reason for lost shipment, refunds will be done via. electronic credit to your initial source of payment. For example, if your payment was done through your credit card account, then full amount will be refunded to the credit card account.


On the other hand for wire transfer, if there is a lost shipment case or cancellation then refund will be done in the form of a credit note that will be authorized by the company. This credit note will hold a validity of a period of about one year.
