In case you ordered in standard US/UK sizes, we can refund your amount or on request provide alteration. However, you will have to bear the extra charge on alteration, including return shipping charges.
If you have placed a custom order, there will be no refund applicable since you have upfront provided us with your measurements, which you have confirmed to via mail. Nevertheless, we will provide alteration on request. Alteration and return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

WHEN WOULD MY CREDIT CARD BE CREDITED AFTER I REQUEST FOR REFUND? +

Please allow one to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement from the time we receive the returned product. We will duly notify you through an email as soon as your refund is processed.

What if the ordered product reaches me in a damaged condition or I receive a wrong order?
